Staying in a cabin with your friends can be the most memorable way to experience Harvest Moon Howl Fest!
All cabins include: Beds for each person in the cabin, TempurPedic mattresses, electricity, privacy, storage, weather protection, and semi-private bathrooms (most cabins share a bathroom with an adjacent cabin).
Admission is not included in the Cabin price, a separate admission pass is required for all guests for the day that they are arriving. Each cabin is priced at $40/person per day x 3 days of usage. Days of usage are non-negotiable even if a cabin guest is arriving later than Thursday.
For convenience, one car will be permitted to park on the gravel (not on the grass please) next to your cabin (not blocking the street!). These cars must be parked at the cabin by 4PM on the first day of the event. All other cars require a parking pass and will park in the main lot.
Doors are lockable but you must bring your own padlock. Please be sure to make enough keys for the rest of your group!
Most 7-person cabins are part of a quad which shares one large bathroom with 2 stalls and 2 showers. Cabins on the block of G-N do not have a private bathroom but there are two very large bathrooms on the same block which do have public access. Bathrooms will be designated as male/female/NB or for anyone identifying as such. You will need to bring your own sheets and pillows for all cabins.
All cabin purchasers must send a refundable $200 cleaning/security deposit via PayPal. This deposit will be refunded after your cabin is verified as being completely clean & damage-free. Trash must also be placed in an on-site dumpster (not left on a cabin porch or inside).

Included with registration
200 acres of beautiful natural woods and fields await you at Harvest Moon Howl Fest. The open areas can accommodate thousands of campers, providing plenty of space for your group, whatever its size, from fifty to thousands. There are no assigned campsites, so if you find a place that you like, you can put your tent down and settle in. The advantage of this is that you stay in whatever environment suits you best; a small grove, meadow, field, or back in the woods. While we allow camping almost anywhere on site, in order to ensure the safety of all present and to preserve the beauty of these natural surroundings, we must limit campfires to designated sites.
$100
Car Camping means you can park your car & set up your campsite all in the same space. Car Camping spaces will be designated & offer 20x20ft of space. This space is enough for one standard sized vehicle and two standard sized tents. This is an add-on which means admission tickets must be purchased separately. The fee is a one-time fee and only needs to be purchased 1 time per 20×20 space.
$200
This is an add-on & admission tickets must be purchased separately. With this add-on you may park your RV/Trailer/Van and set up a campsite in the space next to it. The space will be large enough to fit a standard sized RV. The space does not provide RV hookups.
